Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. To cancel, please contact us at 9849157374 or info@susmithajewellers.com.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted as the order processing and shipping might have already commenced.

Refund Policy:

  • Once the cancellation is confirmed, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
  • In case of product damage or manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange a return, and once the product is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be provided.
  • For non-defective products, refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
